There is a scavenger skill I have it maxed out on my sniper gets me all the rare and regular drops. The conditionals you have to meet the condition or use Formaldehyde on the monster to get it.

On the hollow boss If you have a Sniper trained in the bind shots it should be alright, bind it's legs first because that gets rid of its cure bind skill and make its evasion more reasonable, than the head to get rid of its ice AOE spell. The fire burst Wufan gives you is pretty effective as wel...
